Return & Refund Policy

At Wolves Thread, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective when delivered.

  • The size or colour does not match your order — we’ll happily exchange it.

• Custom-made items and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Window

You must notify us within 5 days of delivery to be eligible.
Email us at info@wolvesthread.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and the reason for return or exchange.

3. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

• If approved, refunds (product cost only) will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

• Refunds are issued via your original payment method or bank transfer.

5. Exchanges

For size or colour mismatches, we’ll send you the correct item once we get the original back in unused condition with its original packaging.
